REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Subscription Cancellation & Refunds:

  1. Cancellation within 3 days: Customers may request a full refund within the first 3 days of subscription activation. Consumed meals will be charged at full menu price (without subscription discount), and the remaining amount will be refunded within 4 working days.Example: If you purchased a 30-meal subscription with 20% discount and consumed 2 meals before cancellation, the refund will be calculated as: Total paid - (2 meals × full menu price).
  2. No refunds after 3 days: Cancellation requests made after 3 days from subscription start date are non-refundable.
  3. Quality guarantee exception: If you experience 4 or more documented quality issues (spoiled food, incorrect order, missing items) within your 30-day subscription period, and submit photographic proof within 24 hours of each incident, you are eligible for a full refund regardless of the 3-day window.
  4. Service unavailability: If EatReal is unable to fulfill your subscription due to supply issues or service area limitations, you will receive a full refund within 4 working days.

Individual Meal Cancellation:

Individual meals cannot be cancelled or skipped within 12 hours of the scheduled delivery time. For example, today's lunch (11:30 AM - 12:45 PM) cannot be cancelled after 11:30 PM the previous night.

Refund Processing:

All approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 4 working days of approval.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Schedule:

  1. Service starts: Meal delivery begins the next business day after payment confirmation. If payment is completed before 11:00 PM, your first meal will be delivered at the next available meal slot (lunch or dinner the following day).
  2. Delivery timings:
    • Lunch: 11:30 AM - 12:45 PM
    • Dinner: 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM
  3. Operating days: EatReal delivers 6 days per week, Monday through Saturday. Sunday is a weekly off.

Delivery Guarantee:

If your meal is delivered more than 40 minutes beyond the scheduled delivery window:

  • The delayed meal is provided free of charge
  • You receive an additional 1-meal credit to your subscription

Example: If lunch is delivered at 1:30 PM instead of by 12:45 PM, that meal is free and you receive 1 bonus meal.
